Scarlett Boutique

The Scarlett Boutique focuses on selling casual, comfortable and reasonably priced women’s clothing and accessories – from jeans to tops and purses to jewelry. For each new season, Scarlett hosts an open house for customers to view new items. The store now includes “up-cycled” furniture.
